Job Title: Contracts Administrator Location: Brisbane Inner City Salary: up to $220,000 Superannuation Role: Our client is a well-established developer and builder with a strong pipeline of residential projects They are seeking a proactive Contracts Administrator to support their construction and development team, ensuring projects run smoothly, cost-effectively, and in line with compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Contract Administration – Prepare, review, and manage head contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documentation. Cost Control & Budgeting – Assist with budgets, progress claims, variations, and supplier invoices. Procurement – Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes, prepare purchase orders, and track deliveries. Project Support – Liaise with site managers, construction managers, and subcontractors to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and budgets. Documentation & Compliance – Maintain project records, WHS documentation, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date. Stakeholder Liaison – Communicate with clients, consultants, certifiers, and council representatives as required. General Administration – Provide day-to-day admin support to the development and construction teams. Candidate Profile Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator (developer/builder background preferred). Must have apartment experience Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Detail-oriented with a commercial mindset. Keen to be hands-on and grow within a developer/builder environment.
